Position Summary: Ideally this candidate should reside in the Center Valley, PA area. Will consider as a remote opporutnity within the Eastern Time Zone.

The Group Product Director will be responsible for overseeing Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leading product development and marketing teams.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Own the MIS portfolio strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and marketing professionals dedicated to MIS specialties (e.g., General Surgery, GYN)
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new products/features, including growth projections and financial outcomes
  • Direct marketing campaigns, product launches, and demand-generation initiatives to accelerate MIS adoption
  • Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and market research to inform portfolio decisions
  • Translate insights into actionable commercialization plans, including tiering for new launches and lifecycle management
  • Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure holistic execution of product strategy
  • Define KPIs, monitor portfolio performance, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including clinical experts and sales leadership

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Requires breadth of professional field and industry knowledge. Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.
  • Manages activities of a functional area which has at least 2 departments or major functions through managers and/or experienced employees. Responsible for cost, method, and employee results.
  • Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
  • Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 plus years of medical device marketing experience.
  • 3 plus years of team management experience required.
  • Experience in both upstream and downstream
  • 30% + travel, Valid driver's license and passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement.

Salary: $160,000 - $185,000


The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is an essential function of this position for an employee to be present and in-person at the physical site(s) of our customers and potential customers. Many of our customers and potential customers are in clinical settings, including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, and other health care clinics (hereinafter, “Healthcare Customers”). Vendor credentialing clearances include, but are not limited to, a national criminal background check, drug screening, and immunizations as determined by the vendors, which may include, but are not limited to, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, and COVID-19. You must fully comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Customers in your region, including any necessary proof of any vaccination. As such, all individuals in this position assigned to a Healthcare Customer with a COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, or other vaccination requirement must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with the Healthcare Customers’ requirements.
