Position Summary:
The Director Contract Manufacturing will oversee end to end External Manufacturing operations, ensuring robust control of product & process design, equipment & tooling, technology transfer, branding, marketing, and complaint management for all CMOmanufactured products. Serves as the primary liaison for CMOrelated issues, driving timely resolution of customer concerns and providing technical expertise to support troubleshooting, process optimization, and adherence to company specifications. Directs oversight of equipment, production, and packaging processes at external sites, escalating risks and leading performanceimprovement initiatives. Partners crossfunctionally to execute technology transfers, process qualifications, and method validations, while coordinating CMO projects to maintain timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment. Works closely with Quality to ensure all external manufacturers meet company standards and that products consistently comply with defined quality requirements.

Salary Range: $186,600 - $201,600
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
