| Duties and Responsibilities | Provides quality teaching of undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of Economics, particularly quantitative courses, advise students, engage in research and other scholarly activities that result in publication in peer reviewed journals and serve on Department, College and University committees. |
| Conditions of Employment | This position is an open rank, tenure-track position. | Experience | Experience teaching a variety of Economics including quantitative courses required. |
| Education | Ph.D. in Economics required. |
| Knowledge Skills and Abilities | Must have strong commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, services and technology application in teaching and learning; effective communication skills are essential; demonstrated success in grantsmanship preferred. The ability to interact successfully with students from diverse backgrounds is required. |
